浅谈音乐在健身操中的重要性

[摘  要] 音乐是健身操的重要组成部分，如果说编排动作是健身操的骨架，那么音乐就是健身操的灵魂，音乐与健身操的联系是紧密不分的。本文围绕音乐与健身操的内在联系，对音乐与健身操，音乐与健身者的关系以及如何选择创编音乐进行论述。强调音乐在健身操中的重要地位，思考研究并重视音乐在健身操中的作用。
