秘书语言在现代秘书工作中的运用

摘   要

随着科学技术发展的不断加快，行政管理事务的不断复杂化和多元化，作为时代不断呼唤而出的秘书学已作为1种新兴的社会语言展现在现代社会和人们的眼前。而作为在秘书工作中起交流、沟通与传达的特殊作用的秘书工具——秘书语言，已直接影响着秘书工作的顺利完成与否。秘书语言对加强行政管理、提高经济效率、增进社会效能起着不可替代的作用。
秘书语言在当代浪潮推动下所呈现出了突出的发展特点，在沟通与交流、信息传递的运用以及在公文语言使用过程中出现了使用误区。要准确把握和使用各种信息传递中的秘书语言，沟通和交际中的秘书语言，以正确传达领导的意图。同时要正确选择和应用公文撰拟过程中的秘书语言，正确领会和表达领导意图是从事秘书工作的前提条件和目的所在。

ABSTRACT

With the development of science and technology,administrative affairs continually complicate and pluralistic.As times continue for the Interior has be come as a new social language displayed before the eyes of modern society and the people. As in the work of the secretary of exchange,communication and convey the special role of the secretary tool ——the secretarial language , it has directly affected the secretary to work smoothly completes or not. The secretarial language strengthens the administration, enhances the economic efficiency, promotes the social potency to play the role which cannot be substituted.
The secretarial language presented the prominent development characteristic under the contemporary tide impetus, in the communication and the transport of message in utilization as well as appeared the use erroneous zone in the archives language use process. Must accurately grasp and use the secretarial language in each kind of transmission, in the communication and the human relations secretarial language, by correct transmission leadership intention.At the same time, it must be correctly choose and writes using the archives draws up in the process the secretarial language, correctly comprehends with the expression leadership intention is engaged in the prerequisite and the goal which the secretary works in. （科教论文网 lw.NsEac.com编辑整理）
