周期结构中的电子在磁场作用下的运动
摘要:本文对周期结构中的电子在磁场作用下的运动规律做了1些分析。首先是介绍了关于周期结构中电子运动的1些基本概念和基本理论,接着利用有效质量包络函数方程讨论了理想晶体中的电子在磁场作用下的运动规律和理想超晶格中电子在磁场作用下的运动规律,最后采用有效垒高的方法讨论了在磁场作用下,含缺陷超晶格中局域电子态的性质。

The character of motion of electron in periodic structure under magnetic field
Abstract: The character of motion of electron in periodic structure under magnetic field is analyzed in the article. Firstly, some basic concepts and the elementary theory of the movement of electron in the periodic structure are introduced. Then, the character of motion of electron in the ideal crystal under magnetic field is discussed. Used the effective mass envelope functional equation, the character of motion of electron in the ideal superlattice under magnetic field is disused. Finally, Using effective barrier-height methods to discuss the character of the bureau region electron state in the superlattice contained a defect tier under magnetic field.
