不同隔振系统的效果比较分析
摘 要: 根据力学和振动原理,在单层隔振系统的基础上,建立了弹簧并联的并联隔振系统和弹簧串并联的混合隔振系统的力学模型。对3种隔振系统的力学模型进行了理论分析,利用Matlab进行了数值分析。使用弹簧并联的并联隔振装置后在 0.8的条件下也可以起到隔振的作用,得出了弹簧的刚度k可以取得比较大,这会使弹簧可以支撑较大的机器或设备,而且隔振的作用范围也扩展到了低频区域。但是单纯的弹簧并联隔振还是有1定的局限性,又设计了1种弹簧串并混合的方式,使得隔振的作用范围更广,能更好的满足工业需求。

Abstract:According to mechanics and the vibration principle, in thesingle-layer vibration isolation system foundation, have establishedthe spring parallel parallel vibration isolation system and the springseries-parallel connection mix vibration isolation system mechanicsmodel. Has carried on the theoretical analysis to three kind ofvibration isolations systems mechanics model, has carried on thenumerical analysis using Matlab. But the pure spring parallelvibration isolation or has the certain limitation, also has designedone kind of spring string and the mix way, causes the vibrationisolation the sphere of action to be broader, can the bettersatisfied industry demand.
