马尔可夫链在教学质量评价中的应用
摘要
本文将齐次马尔可夫链引入到教师教学效果的评价中,通过建立数学模型,提供算法步骤,为客观地评价教师的教学效果提供了可行的操作方法.同时在实际例子中对转移矩阵的各种性质给予论证说明,进1步加深对其性质的理解.应用结果表明:在稳定的教学条件下,不同的教师的教学效果评价不能简单的从成绩高低出发,而应考虑知识基础差异这1因素,才能客观的评价教师的教学效果.

The Application of Markov Chain to an
Objective Evaluation of Teaching Effect
ABSTRACT
The article uses the homogeneous Markov Chain into the evaluation of teaching effect. By constructing mathematical model and the offering the algorithm process, it offers an viable operational approach for an objective evaluation of teaching effect. The character of the transition matrix is more illuminated when give the example to deep the understand of it .Concluding from the result: under the statistic teaching condition ,the evaluation of different teachers’ teaching effect couldn’t just be made from the good mark or bad mark, but must take the factor of students’ different bases into account. Just do as this can evaluate the teachers’ teaching effect objectively.
