腹腔镜腹壁切口疝修补术18例体会(3)

导读：钛钉黏连所致，出现肠梗阻症状也多不严重，保守治疗有效。我们也在LIHR术后再手术病例中观察到黏连的存在，肠管或网膜与补片之间的黏连较疏松，而
钛钉黏连所致，出现肠梗阻症状也多不严重，保守治疗有效。我们也在LIHR术后再手术病例中观察到黏连的存在，肠管或网膜与补片之间的黏连较疏松，而与钛钉之间的黏连要相对致密一些，提示肠梗阻的病理诱发因素是客观存在的。
尽管腹腔镜切口疝修补术仍有待进一步研究和评价，但综合目前已有文献和本组手术经验，该术式有微创，并发症少，复发率低，不延长恢复期等优点，是一种安全可靠的手术方法，特别是在巨大疝，复杂疝和复发疝的处理上更有优势。
