【摘要】“合作学习”是新课程标准的基本理念之一,是同文位交流的有效方法但在实施过程中出现了这样的问题,合作学习中学困生处于被动状态,小组内两极分化严重,造成了教学过程中的不平衡。如何关注小组合作中学困生的活动问题,是语文教师应探讨的话题。
本文从三个方面论述了这个问题首先论述了合作学习中确保学困生的参与权激发学习兴趣,培养学困生的参与意识;教育优等生学会倾听,消除学困生的自卑感其次论述了关注学困生的交流权克服学困生怕交流,不愿交流的思想;关注学困生的发言,发现他们的闪光点最后论述了如何树立学困生的自信心和成就感爱是自信的源泉,教师应该对学困生付出百分的爱;成就是自信的催化剂,必须让学困生经常有成就感,体会到成就的快乐。
合作学习,确保了学困生的参与权,他们的参与意识增强了;保证了学困生的交流权,他们的积极性调动起来了;树立了学困生的自信心和成就感,他们就体会到成功的快乐,合作学习对他们来说不是难事而是乐事。

This article elaborated this question from three aspects first to elaborate in the cooperation study to guarantee that study the sleepy fresh participation right stimulation study interest, the raise study sleepy fresh the sense of participation; Educated the top student academic society to listen attentively, eliminates study the sleepy fresh inferiority next to elaborate the attention study sleepy fresh exchange power to overcome sleepily study for fear that exchanges, did not hope the thought which exchanged; The attention study sleepy fresh speech, discovered how their flashing temperature did elaborate had study the sleepy fresh self-confidence and the sense of achievement love is finally the self-confident fountainhead, the teacher should to study live sleepily pays the percentage the love; The achievement is the self-confident catalyst, must let study live sleepily has the sense of achievement frequently, realizes the achievement the joy. The cooperation study, had guaranteed study the sleepy fresh participation right, they the sense of participation to strengthen; Had guaranteed study the sleepy fresh exchange power, their enthusiasm transferred; Had study the sleepy fresh self-confidence and the sense of achievement, they realized the success the joy, the cooperation study to them is not a difficult matter, but is the happy event.
“合作学习”是新课程标准的基本理念之一,是同位交流的有效方法,但在实施过程中出现了这样的问题,合作学习过程,学困生往往处在被动状态,他们光听,不说,不动,成为看客;反应稍慢时,他们的任务就比优等生找抢去完成了,结果造成小组内两极分化严重,合作学习成为一部分人的活动阵地,而另一部分人则变成观众,造成了教学过程中的不平衡。
学困生的参与意识越来越弱,交流能力越来越差,自信心减退,学习成绩难以提高。面对这些问题,做为教师,在组织小组合作学习时,首先确保学困生的参与权,培养他们的参与意识;其次,关注学困生的交流权,使他们有话敢说;再次,培养学困生的自信心,树立成就感。
1确保学困生的参与权“新课程”倡导自主,探究,与人合作的学习方法,培养学生的探究精神,与人合作的能力,为学生的自身发展奠定良好的基础。语文是交际的工具,语文能力的高低直接影响着其它学科的发展,但由于学生的性格不同,能力有差异,在合作学习中,优等生特别积极,特别张扬,大部分活动时间及活动内容被他们占领,学困生性格懦弱,不愿参与,往往只做观众。课堂教学表面热热闹闹,实际有一部分学生未参与其中,久而久之,形成严重的两极分化的局面,违背了“新课程”为了“一切学生”的发展宗旨。因此合作学习必须确保学困生的参与权,让他参与到合作学习之中,要做到这点,必须从三个方面着手。
首先,激发学困生的参与兴趣,培养参与意识,活动时争取自愿结合的原则,把他们能合得来,无歧视对方的同学分成一组进行合作,学困生在组内无自卑感,随着活动的增多,他们会感到小组合作的快乐,有了愉快的心情,兴趣也就慢慢培养起来了,参与意识也就浓厚了。
