Abstract
Asweapproachthetwenty-firstcentury,corporationsarefacingagrowingneedformoretrainingandeducationandasimilarneedformoreefficientandcost-effectivedeliveryofthistraining.75%oftheexistingworkforcewillneedretraininginthenext10years.Tomeetthesedemands,efficienttrainingsolutionsmustbedevelopedrapidly.Whetherforformaleducation,continuingprofessionaldevelopment,orforemployeetrainingorretraining,remoteeducationsolutionsneedstodelivertherightkindofeducationalcontenttolearners-anytime,anywhere.Nowadayswiththedevelopmentofnetworktechnology,remoteeducationnetworksmaketrainingandadvancededucationpossibleincaseswheretimeandbudgetaryconstraintsmakeitdifficulttoorganizeface-to-facetraining.Remoteeducationnetworksisaseamlessnetworkedlearningenvironmentthatintegratesvoice,video,anddataconnectionsamonglearners,instructors,experts,virtuallibraries,theInternet,andsupportservices.Remoteeducationsystemmainlyconsistsofsixcomponents:remotelearningsystem,remotequestioningsystem,remoteexaminationsystem,remotehomeworksystem,remotecommunicationsystem,remotemanagementsystem..

Thispaperanalyzesthemaincharacteristicsofmoderneducationsystemandthedevelopmentofremoteeducation.Anewadaptivestudent-centerednetworkededucationmodeispresented.Thismodemakesfulluseoftheinteractiveityofthecomputernetwork.Teachingisbasedonthestudent'sabilityofacceptingknowledge.Accordingtothemode,remoteeducationsystemcanlearnthestudystatusofthestudent,andadjustthelearningspeedandthequalityofthecoursetomeettheneedofthestudent.
Afterastageofstudy,studentwillhaveatesttochecktheperformanceofstudy.Ifthescoreofsomeknowledgepointistoolow,thesystemwillemphasizethisknowledgepointatthenextlearningstage,andslowdownthelearningspeed.Onthecontrary,thesystemcanalsoincreasecontentsandthedifficultylevelofthecourse.
