 摘要
 本文主要阐述了我在益通塑胶钢模制造有限公司对模具制作和注塑加工的全过程进行质量控制和检测，同时提出工艺改进方案，从而保证了产品质量。并更多了解机电产品、设备，提高对机电工程制造技术的认识，加深在工业各领域应用的感性认识，开阔视野，了解相关设备及技术资料，熟悉典型零件的加工工艺。通过近半年的工作，我对本公司、本部门有了一定的了解。而且对其它部门也有了一定的了解，这些对我以后的工作有很大的帮助。历时将近半年的工作使我了解了我国目前制造业的发展状况，也初步了解了机械制造业的发展趋势。在新的世纪里，科学技术必将以更快的速度发展，更快更紧密得融合到各个领域中,而这一切都将大大拓宽机械制造业的发展方向。
 The main body of a book have set forth the entire proceeding that I process in exchanging the plastic cement steel model increasingly making Ltd. to mould fabrication and producing plastic articles by injection moulding mainly carrying out the mass under the control of and detecting , at the same time, have suggested that handicraft improves a scheme , have ensured that thereby product quality. Know and the electromechanical product , equipment still more , improve the cognition making a technology to electromechanical project , deepen the perceptual knowledge that every field applies to industry , widen ken, know relevance equipment and the technical data , know representative part treating handicraft very well. By close job the half a year,I have had the certain acquaintance to our company , this branch. And the branch has also had the certain acquaintance , these have had very big help to my job in the hereafter to other. Last for job the half a year has made me know our country nearly at present the manufacturing industry development situation, the first step has also known machinery manufacturing industry developing trend. Within new century, science and technology surely will develop with quicker speed , all these will broaden machinery manufacturing industry development direction greatly but in being so as to fuse to each fields more quickly rapid and intense.

 
  
 
 1）益通塑胶钢模制造有限公司主要营业项目：马达相机、变焦相机、数字相机、数字摄影机、手机、PDA等塑料模具开发，塑料成型与喷涂印刷一贯化作业。
 模具部 拥有大专以上学历和高级职称的技术人员40多名，主要完成塑胶模具的设计和制造，应用AUTOCAD、MASTERCAM、PROE等先进软件和CNC加工中心等先进设备进行设计和加工，技术强，经验丰富。设备有：CNC加工中心4台，铣床15台，磨床6台，线切割4台，火花机7台，还有钻床车床若干台。
 注塑部 拥有一枝专业的注塑加工队伍和多年的注塑加工经验，拥有从50T到850T（即从3A到120A）的注塑机50台，实行两班作业，加工能力强，效率高，品质稳定。
 喷油、丝印部 拥有4条喷油线（喷油柜，大18个，小40个），4条丝印线，手动丝印机30台，还有移印机3台，无尘封闭作业，专业提供高质量的服务。
 品质部 有二次元检测仪、投影仪、精密高度尺、针规、量块、半径样板、卡尺等检测仪器和工具，对模具制作和注塑加工的全过程进行质量控制和检测，同时提出工艺改进方案，从而保证了产品质量。
 2）我进了品质部，所以对产品要有一定的了解并对其产品材料有正确的选择。
 一般来说，并没有不好的材料，只有在特定的领域使用了错误的材料。因此，设计者必须要彻底了解各种可供选择的材料的性能，并仔细测试这些材料，研究其与各种因素对成型加工制品性能的影响。
