Abstract

With the development of business, business correspondence plays an irreplaceable role in trading. It is a link between the buyer and the seller. As a kind of correspondence, it has the basic features of the correspondence; meanwhile, the business correspondence has its special features. Such as the features on the wording. This thesis begins with the definition and the functions of the business correspondence; the second part is about the wording features of the business correspondence, that is complete, correctness, clear, courtesy. The last part is the application of the wording features of business correspondence and the application in different situations. I hope to give some suggestions for the readers on the business correspondence writing.

摘 要

贸易的不断发展使得外贸函电在外贸交流中起着不可替代的作用。它是联系买方与卖方之间的桥梁。作为函电，外贸函电与其它函电有相通的地方，但同时，它作为商务函电，又具有其固有的特性。本文从外贸函电的定义和作用入手，第2部分是贸函电的用词特征，那就是完整、正确、清楚、礼貌。最后1部分是词语特征的应用以及在不同场合以及情况下的变化。希望以此能为各位读者提供1点外贸函电语言写作上的意见。
