阿魏酸钠治疗老年人不稳定型心绞痛的临床观察

2014-10-26 01:26 阿魏酸钠治疗老年人不稳定型心绞痛的临床观察 ［摘要］ 目的 观察阿魏酸钠注射液治疗老年人不稳定型心绞痛（UA）的疗效及安全性。方法 40例不稳定型心绞痛患者随机分为两组，20例为对照组，20例为治疗组，均常规应用硝酸酯制剂、β受体阻滞剂、阿司匹林，同时治疗组予阿魏酸钠注射液300 mg加入5% GS或0.9% NS 250 ml中静滴，每日1次，共14天，进行临床观察。结果 治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论 阿魏酸钠在老年人不稳定型心绞痛治疗中效果显著、副作用小，较为安全。

Clinical observation on effect of sodium ferulate in the elderly patients with unstable angina

［Abstract］ Objective To explore the effect and safety of sodium ferulate in the elderly patients with unstable angina.Methods 40 patients with unstable angina were randomly divided into 2 groups.The patients in the sodium ferulate group（n=20），were given sodium ferulate 300mg by IV infusion qd，besides routine treatment and the control group （n=20） only was routine treatment.After 2 weeks，the clinical effect biochemical parameters and side reaction were observed in all patients.Results The overall effective rate in the sodium ferulate was 90% and 65%in the control group.There were significant differences between the 2 groups （P
