乌灵胶囊与美利曲辛治疗伴有焦虑症状的功能性

　　【摘要】 目的 探讨乌灵胶囊治疗伴轻中度焦虑症状的功能性消化不良患者的疗效及安全性。 方法 将60例伴轻中度焦虑症状的功能性消化不良患者随机分为两组各30例。研究组给予乌灵胶囊治疗（失访1例），对照组给予美利曲辛治疗（失访4例），疗程均为6w。采用汉密顿焦虑量表、水负荷试验评定临床疗效，副反应量表评定不良反应。 结果 治疗6w末，两组汉密顿焦虑量表评分均明显降低（P＜0.01），焦虑改善总有效率分别为58.6%和61.5%，水负荷量均明显增加（P＜0.05），两组疗效相当，均未见明显不良反应。 结论 乌灵胶囊治疗伴有轻、中度焦虑的功能性消化不良患者的焦虑症状疗效显著、安全性高、依从性好。

　　A control study of Wuling capsule and deanxit in the treatment of functional dyspepsia　

　　【Abstract】 Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of Wuling capsule in the treatment of functional dyspepsia (FD) accompanied with mild to moderate anxiety. Methods 60 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups: Wuling capsule group (n=30，one dropped) treated with Wuling capsule and Deanxit group(n=30，four dropped) with Deanxit for 6 weeks.
