4周的吸气肌力量训练(训练负荷为80%MIP,30次/30分/天,5天/周,共20个训练期)可显著性提高以主观感觉为主要判定标准的VO2peak值以及递增负荷运动试验(GXT)的运动能力。提示在VO2peak测定及评价过程中应充分考虑吸气肌训练的影响,建议吸气肌力量训练也应成为耐力运动员重要的辅助性训练之一。
