工业用塑料油壶模具CAD/CAM
摘要:在油壶模具的设计与制造中应用CAD/CAM集成技术,有利于缩短油壶生产周期。本文针对油壶模具在微机上实现基于Pro/ENGINEER的CAD和MasterCAM的自动编程进行研究。首先,在简要论述模具设计的基础上,重点阐述了油壶、油壶模具的3维参数化特征建模以及油壶模具2维工程图的建立;其次,利用MasterCAM对油壶模具的数控自动编程进行了全面论述,包括油壶模具加工边界的建立、加工方法和数控编程方法的选择、刀具的选择、油壶模具数控加工工艺分析及处理、数控自动编程中的刀位验证和后置处理。

Abstract: The CAD/CAM integrated technology apply in the oil can mould design and manufacture helps shorten oil can production cycle. This article carry out research on the oil can mold which can come true Pro/ENGINEER CAD and the automatic programming conducts of MasterCAM with the microcomputer. First, in briefly elaborates in the foundation which the mold designed, the key point elaborates the oil can, the oil can mold 3D parameterization characteristic modelling as well as the oil can mold two-dimensional schedule drawing; Secondly, carries on the comprehensive elaboration using MasterCAM to the oil can mold numerical control automatic programming, including The oil can mold processes the boundary the establishment, the processing method and the numerical control programming method choice, the cutting tool choice, in the oil can mold numerical control processing craft analysis and processing, the numerical control automatic programming knife position confirmation and the post-processing.
