随着知识经济的到来,企业之间的竞争格局开始发生全面而深刻的变革:即使大型甚至超大型企业(或企业集团)的经济竞争力,也不再完全取决于其精良的设备、先进的技术和雄厚的财力支持,企业深层次的文化因素开始逐渐影响甚至决定企业的长期发展。进而,塑造与建立优秀的企业文化,已经成了各种类型企业孜孜不倦的追求和渴望。
众所周知,企业文化是在企业管理实践中逐渐孕育和产生的,它在世界各国的兴起,客观反映了现代企业管理科学逻辑发展的必然结果。从企业管理的整个客观历史看,在经历了经验管理、科学管理、战略管理的演变之后,文化管理在企业管理中的作用日益突出,并在总体上决定了企业软实力和外在竞争力。
基于这种判断,本文通过对辽阳石油化纤有限公司的企业文化的综合考察,详尽分析了该企业的企业文化现状及其存在的不足之处,并有针对性地提出了一些建设性改革方案。同时,由于辽阳石油化纤有限公司的规模较为庞大,在我国石化行业中具有较强的代表性,因此本文分析及其结论具有较为广泛的应用价值,可以为相关企业的企业文化建设提供可资借鉴的战略选择。这也正是本的终极目的之所在。

Abstract
Along with the arrival of knowledge-based economy, the situation of competition among the enterprises has changed dramatically. That is, the competitiveness of an enterprise is no longer purely relies on its the excellent equipments, advanced technology, or its the abundant financial resources, but relies more on its enterprise culture in the long run of its development. It becomes a vital task to establish a system of enterprise culture to almost every enterprise, even to a large one.
It is known to all that the enterprise culture is breaded and emerged gradually in the course of the development of an enterprise’s management, its upsurge is a result of the development of management science. From the view point of the history of enterprise’s management, the management by enterprise culture follows up after the business management practice, scientific management and strategic management. Nowadays, the management by culture is of greater importance in the business management and determines the soft power and realistic competitiveness of an enterprise.
Based on the conclusion as belongs, this paper makes a comprehensive investigation of Liaoyang Petroleum Chemical Fiber Limited Company (LPCFLC) in its enterprise culture, the existing problems and put forward some useful suggestion as well. At the same time, because LPCFLC is a large enterprise which can representative some characteristics of relative enterprises, the research results f this paper is of great value in the management practice. This is just the ultimate purpose of this paper.
