摘 要：盈利质量是公司盈利水平的内在揭示，是对公司盈利状况进行多视角、全方位综合分析，从而反映公司获取的利润品质如何的1种评价结果。对上市公司的盈利质量和未来盈利能力的分析1直以来都被公司利益相关者所关注，如何有效分析上市公司的盈利质量和未来盈利能力对公司利益相关者来说有着非常重要的意义。本文将以苏宁电器连锁集团股份有限公司为例，在侧重财务角度分析时，附以业务等其他角度的分析对上市公司盈利质量和未来盈利能力问题进行研究。

The Analysis on Earnings Quality and Future Earnings about SUNING APPLIANCE CO.LTD.
 
Abstract：The profit quality is the intrinsic rewelation of the company earnings ability.It can also analyse the companys’ earnings condition in multi-angles. It is also an appraisal target which reflect the company profit quality. The analysis on the listed companys’ earnings quality and the future earnings is continuously cared by the company benefits, because how to analyze the listed companys’ earnings quality and the future earnings effectively is extremely important to the company benefits. Taking SUNING APPLIANCE CO. LTD. as an example, this paper analyses the listed company’s earnings quality and the future earnings on financial aspect and some other aspects.
