3.5测定结果的分析从某糖尿病患者以及正常人尿样测定的结果可以看出,Cn,Cr和Ua在糖尿病患者尿样中的含量高于正常人(患者尿样中Cr的含量远远高于正常人尿液中Cr的含量);而患者尿样中U的含量反而有所降低. 这些都说明患者肾功能已经出现异常,非蛋白氮代谢产物不能很好的排出体外(对Cr的排泄率增加,而U排泄率降低),这也从一个侧面证实了患者的肾脏已经有了一定程度的损坏.
传统的分析方法的干扰因素较多,分离效率和灵敏度较差,而采用的此法可在5 min内同时测定糖尿病肾病尿样中的Cn, Cr, U和Ua这4种非蛋白氮代谢产物. 此方法具有快速、需样量小、灵敏度高和重现性好的特点,完全可运用于临床上患者尿液的日常分析和早期肾病的监测.
