佰联名将广告制作有限公司E-CRM实施方案
摘要:在电子商务时代,传统的客户关系管理已不能满足及时获取客户信息和与企业的电子商务协同工作的需求,从而使客户关系管理朝着E-CRM方向发展。本文通过对佰联名将广告制作有限公司现状的分析,指出了公司在客户关系管理方面存在的问题。针对这些问题,结合公司的实际情况,提出了E-CRM实施的总体思路和目标。在这基础上,将电子商务与CRM结合起来,设计了1个具有营销自动化、销售自动化、服务自动化管理、伙伴关系管理和分析决策功能模块的E-CRM系统,并制定出具体的实施步骤,使之达到客户协调,统1和交互的效果,从而提高客户满意度及忠诚度,进1步提高公司的竞争力。

Abstract: In e-commerce age, the traditional customer relationship management can not meet the requirement of gaining customer information prompt and in company with electronic commerce of enterprises, thus developing the customer relationship management in direction of the E-CRM .Analyzing the present of The Talents Advertising Production limited company, this paper points out some problems of CRM existing in the company. In view of these questions, in company with actual situation, the paper proposed the overall mentality and the goal of E-CRM implementation. Then combine the electronic commerce with CRM based on above, and designs E-CRM system which has the function of the marketing automated, saling automated, servicing automated management, the partnership management and policy-analyzing. simultaneously, the paper formulates the concrete implemental step of E-CRM project, so that it can achieve coordinated, integrated and interactive in customers, then enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty, also this will further enhance the companys core competitiveness .
