浅议湖南省红色旅游的可持续发展

摘  要：红色旅游是我国新兴的热点专项旅游产品之1，发展势头迅猛,已经产生了较好的社会效益和经济效益。湖南省红色旅游的发展已初具规模。基础资源较好、品牌突出，拥有很大的发展潜力。但是，目前仍存在诸多因素制约了我省红色旅游的可持续发展。本文通过制定科学的发展规划、正确处理好保护与开发两者关系、理顺景区管理体制、完善景区基础设施、开发旅游人力资源等具体措施，以实现湖南省红色旅游的可持续发展。

Shallow Discuss about Sustainable Development of
Red Tourism in Hunan Province
 
Abstract：Red tourism is one of hot special tourism, and it develops rapidly。It has created high social benefit and economic benefit. The red tourism in Hunan province is of certain scale, better foundation resources, outstanding brand and have great potentialities. But now, there are still many restrictive factors that influence it. This paper suggests an innovating thinking of sustainable development of  red-tourism in planning formulating a scientific plan, handing the relationship between development and protection correctly, rationalize the spot management system, perfect the spot infrastructural facilities and developing personnel resources, can the sustainable development of red tourism be accomplished in Hunan province.
