基于行为理论的酒店员工流动分析
摘 要:旅游产业的蓬勃发展为酒店业的发展提供了广阔的舞台,但是酒店员工流失率的居高不下,严重阻碍了酒店的持续发展,传统的经济学研究方法并不能从根本上解决问题。行为经济学对理性人、效用最大化和均衡产出等标准经济理论内容构成了挑战,为解决酒店员工流失率过高的问题带来了希望。本文以行为经济学为基础,分析了我国当前酒店员工流失的现状,并力图从行为学视角寻求其内部和外部原因,并据以提出降低员工流失率的措施。

On Hotel staff turnover Basing on behavior theory
【Abstract】The booming development of tourism industry has provided of wide stage for the development of hotel industry .However, the high transfer rate of the hotel employee are seriously hindering the sustainable development of the hotel, which mainstream economics will not solve the problem fundamentally. Behavioral economics has become challenge to some standard theory, whose theory includes rationality, maximization of utility and equilibrium outcome. It brings hope to solving the problems of hotel staff flow. Basing on behavioral economics, this paper analysis of current situation of hotel staff flow in our country, and try to seek its internal and external reasons from the behaviorism perspective, and propose measures to reduce the rate of turnover.
