基于WEB的人事管理系统
摘要：随着Internet的普及和发展, 各种生活办公都趋向Web化，论文介绍了一个基于浏览器/服务器（B/S Browser/Server）模式的人事管理系统的研究和实现。 首先，介绍了该系统开发和应用的一些基本知识，主要是ASP方面的知识。其次，对Windows NT环境下的后台数据库SQL Server 2000做了一些简要的说明。随后，阐述了本系统的结构设计以及所用数据库结构的设计情况。最后，全面介绍了系统的设计、实现方法以及技术特点，使公司的管理工作更具有科学性、规范性和高效性。系统采用了比较流行而且实用的Web技术和合适的数据库技术，结合实际需求，进行了创造性开发。设计采用当前普遍流行的WindowsXP IIS5.0(Internet Information Server 5.0)服务器平台以及通俗使用的Microsoft公司的SQL Server 2000数据库平台管理系统，通过采用Dreamweaver MX及ASP（Active Server Page）技术设计前台界面，使用VBScript实现该考试系统中Web页面的特定功能以及输入输出控制等辅助功能。关键字：人事管理系统;B/S;ASP;VBScript;SQL;
Personnel management system based on webAbstract：With the popularity and development of Internet has become Web-based, this paper introduce a browser-based / server (B/S Browser/Server) model research and personnel management system to achieve. Firstly, some basic knowledge of ASP is briefly describe. Secondly, the Database summary of SQL Server 2000 under Windows NT background is introduce. In the following, It narrates the construction design of system and Database. At last, we study comprehensively the design of this system and realizes completely method and technique characteristics. It can make the management of Company mote scientific standardize and more efficient. This system adopt the popular and applie Web technology with suite database technology. combine with actual require it, put up some creative exploitation, it adopt Windows XP and Internet Information Server 5.0 (Internet Information Serve 5.0), with SQL Server 2000 powere by Microsoft Company. The system adopts ASP (Active Server Page ) technology which is open and share, use VBScript programmed to carry out some especial function in web pages, input and output control assistant function and so on.Key words: personnel management system ; Browser/Server；ASP；VBScript；SQL
