On Picking Up Lost Property
Abstract:Through analyzing Article 79,section 2 of our Civil General Rule and the related judicial interpretation,this article will explore and appraise the civil legislative system of China concerning lost property .At the same time ,it will point out the existing disadvantages and suggest that a kind of double-track-system on lost property legislation deciding the ownership of the lost property and standardizing the return system should be built.Also,the *** shows us in detail the content of this system connecting with other countries'and regions'legislative cases as well as the authentic proof in Chinese history and in practice.
