论我国社区矫正的理论基础及其定位律毕业论

摘 要

社区矫正代表着罪犯处遇的未来走向，它之所以能够被世界各国普遍接受和采纳，是因为其背后包含了若干深层合理的基础理论，蕴含着人道和效益的价值理念，然而我国社区矫正的总体发展水平还比较低，对社区矫正的定位也存在争论。因此应当构建完备的立法，以促进社区矫正在我国的发展。

Abstract
    Community-based corrections stand for future trend of prisoners undergoing reformation. The community-based correction was accepted and adopted by the every country in modern society because its underlying theories and its humanistic and efficient values. But the overall development level of present community-based corrections in our country is relatively lower. Also call in question for the definition of community-based corrections. Therefore, complete legislation and perfect execution system should be constructed so as to promote the development of community-based corrections in our county.
