基于TPC工艺污水处理下位机监控系统设计  

摘要：本文介绍了现在采用较为广泛的新型污水处理工艺——TPC污水处理工艺，使我们了解到该工艺的现实意义与大致的工艺流程，并且针对该工艺的流程给出了相应的过程监控系统。此系统主要分为上下位机来进行控制，其中上位机采用计算机，下位机采用西门子公司所产的S7-200系列的可编程控制器（PLC），利用VB与RS-232串行通信控制的方法实现上下位机的通信。文章介绍了该监控系统的硬件设计过程，包括总的设计思想，硬件设备的选取，硬件原理图的制定等等。此外，文章还重点介绍系统软件的设计过程，包括上位机的监控程序和下位机的控制程序，给出了程序编写的总体计思想，并附有完整的程序清单。

The Lower Position Machine Control System Design of the Craft Sewage Treatment Based on TPC

Abstract: This text has introduced and adopted the comparatively extensive new-type sewage disposal craft now --TPC sewage disposal craft , which makes us know the realistic meaning of this craft and roughly technological process. The procedure against this craft provides the corresponding course monitoring and control system. This system includes two parts, the upper-computer and the lower-computer. The upper-computer adopts PC, and the downer-computer adopts the programmable controller (PLC ) of S7-200 series produced by Siemens Company , which realizes the control in VB, and realizes the communication between the upper and downer computer by serial communication of RS-232. The article has introduced the hardware design process of this monitoring system, including total design philosophy, the choosing of hardware equipment, formulation of the principle picture of the hardware, etc. In addition, the article introduces design process of systems soft ware , includes the upper-computer monitoring and control procedure. The downer-computer control procedure provides the overall design philosophy that the procedure writes, and encloses the intact procedure inventory .
