客房管理系统Delphi+SQL

摘 要
本以“客房管理系统”的开发为背景，论述了分析、开发、设计1个客房管理系统的过程。该系统融入客房科学、规范的现代管理思想，为提高各酒店客房服务本身的工作效率，自动完成各种营业信息、帐务汇总，使各项业务工作制度化，科学化。结合先进的计算机技术，采用Delphi 7.0和SQL Server 2000开发而成。
全文共分为绪论，开发工具介绍，需求分析，概要设计，数据库设计，详细设计，系统测试与运行等7章，详细阐述了系统分析、系统设计的方法及其内容，对如何使用Delphi 7.0和SQL Server 2000开发本系统作了较为详细的介绍。
本客房管理系统是1个应湖南志成酒店开发的客房信息管理系统(MIS)，本系统使用Delphi 7.0开发工具，后台数据库则采用Microsoft SQL Server 2000，通过ADO与Delphi连接，以Delphi 7.0为前端开发工具提供程序界面。本系统完成客房信息管理的全过程，实现了实时动态显示各类客房的使用情况、客房预定、客房登记、换房登记、结帐、系统管理、查询等功能模块。

Abstract
This thesis regards development of "the administrative system of guest room" as the background, discusses the procedure of analysis, developing, designing a guest room MIS. The system combines the though of scientific and module management, which can improve the efficiency of each department as well as the sum the messages, debt. It can also systemize, scientific each operation. Gone with the advanced technology of computer, it is developed by the adopting of Delphi 7.0 and SQL Server 2000.
The full text is divided into a preface, introduction of development tools, demand analysis, the systematic outlines designing, the databases designing, the systems detailed designing, the systems testing and running etc. The method and content of network analysis and designing systematically, and how to use the Delphi 7.0 and SQL Server 2000 develop system are explained in detail. （科教作文网http://zw.NSEaC.com编辑发布）
The administrative system of guest room is a maintain administrative system in conformity with Hunan Province ZhiCheng hotel, and uses Delphi 7.0 as the developing instrument, the backstage supporters database adopts Microsoft SQL 2000, and connecting with Delphi by ADO, and uses Delphi 7. 0 to offer the procedure inter- face for front developing instrument. This system completes the guest room information managements entire process, realizes many function modules, for example, the real-time dynamic demonstration each kind of guest room service condition, the guest rooms prearranging, the guest rooms registration, exchange guest rooms registration, pay up, system administration, query and so on.
