酒店客房维修管理系统的设计与实现

摘要：随着酒店管理水平的深入，酒店客房维修管理已经成为酒店管理不可或缺的组成部分，这是由于它能提高酒店内部运作效率和质量，实现有效的成本控制，完成人员调配的优化组合，从而大大提高酒店的工作效率。
本文首先介绍了酒店客房管理系统的开发工具:Delphi和Microsoft SQL Server，然后按照现代软件工程思想来分析了该系统的整个设计过程。酒店客房维修管理系统是典型的信息管理系统(MIS)，主要包括维修信息管理模块 、客房信息管理模块 、 维修查询模块、 维修报表模块、 用户管理模块和维修员管理模块6个功能模块，并实现了信息的添加、删除、录入、清空、查询以及统计打印功能，具有操作简单、界面友好、灵活性好、系统安全性高、运行稳定等特点。

The design and realization of hotel guest room service management system
 
Abstract: Along with hotel management level thorough, the hotel guest room service management already became the indispensable part of hotel management, because it could enhance the hotel interior operation efficiency and the quality, realize the effective cost control, completes optimum composition which the personnel mixed, thus greatly enhance the working efficiency of the hotel.
This thesis first introduced the development kit of hotel guest room management system management system :Delphi and Microsoft SQL Server, then it has analyzed entire design process of this system according to the modern software engineering thought. The hotel guest room service management system management system is typical information management system (MIS), it mainly includes six functions modules:the service information management module, the guest room information management module, the service inquiry module, the service report form module, the user administration module and the service administration module, and it has realized the function of the accession, the deletion, the input, the clearup, the inquiry as well as the statistical printing, and there is a lot of characteristic in the system whose operation is very simple and flexible,forms is friendly, running is steady. （转载自科教范文网http://fw.nseac.com）
