摘要:物业管理行业是在传统的房屋管理基础上发展而来的新兴行业，近年来获得了长足的发展。随着人们生活水平的提高、住宅多样化的不断发展，物业管理作为1门科学的内涵己经超出了传统定性描述和评价的范畴。发展成为集多种手段对物业进行综合管理，并能对有关物业的资料进行归类总结、整理分析、定性与定量评价、发展预测等。
本系统是1套用于小区物业管理业务的综合系统。利用计算机网络的各种优势，根据物业管理原则，对物业小区的各种服务进行统1、规范的管理，本系统实现了计算机对楼房、业主、设备的统计，查询，修改，添加等工作。达到规范化管理的效果，提高工作效率、提升对业主住户服务需求的反应速度，从而全面提高物业管理的水平和服务质量。

ABSTRACT:The estate management trade is a new and developing trade developed on the basis of managing in the traditional house , has got considerahle development in recent years . With the inlprovement of people’s living standard , diversified
constant development of the house , estate management go beyond tradition determine the nature description and category that appraise already as one scientific intension . Develop into and collect many kinds of means and manage the property synthetically.
The management information system of the property is a set of integrated system, which is used in the estate management business of the district.It utilizes various kinds of advantages of the computer network , according to the estate management principle , estate tuanagement expenses standard wait , go on unify , management that standardize to property various kinds of service of district , and count to various kinds of expenses of the property district , charge to deal with .This project solves the general problem of the estate magement , including realize the computer to the building , outside the management of work of the property , such as owner , service , project , water , electricity etc . Project get the result of standardized management . improve working efficiency , promote the the reaction speed of households service demand for the owner , thus heighten the level of estate management in an all round way and service quality.
