医院管理信息系统的设计与实现
 
摘要：医院管理信息系统就是利用计算机软硬件技术、 网络通讯技术等现代化手段，对医院及其所属各部门的人流、物流、财流进行综合管理，对在医疗活动各阶段中产生的数据进行采集、存贮、处理、提取、传输、 汇总、加工生成各种信息，从而为医院的整体运行提供全面的、自动化的管理及各种服务的信息系统。本文简单介绍了医院管理信息系统的开发目的、过程以及预期效果，以软件工程的系统设计的思想，通过对业务流程的分析进行系统的模块设计、关系模式设计、数据库设计、代码设计、人机界面设计，通过设计实现医院门诊管理、药品管理、住院管理、医务人员管理、辅助资料管理和系统设置6大管理功能，结合管理信息系统开发的理念，开发了医院管理信息系统(Hospital Management Information System, HMIS)。

The design and achieving of the Hospital Management Information System
 
Abstract：The main project of HMIS is to run the staff, articles and finance of the hospital and other departments with computer technology and network communication technology. The data appear during every phase of the medical treatment will be collected, memorized, disposed, taken out, transmitted, gathered and processed to be different kinds of information which can be provided general and automatic management for the whole running of hospital. This paper has introduced the aim, process and the expected results of developing the HMIS system. I developed the entity-relation chart, relation mood, database, code and interface between human and computer by the basis of method of system design in sofeware project field, it includes six administration functions includes clinic management, physic management, be-in-hospital management, medical affairs and personnel management, assisted management information and system settings management, by combining the concept of the administration information system, so there appears the Hospital Management Information System (HMIS).
