信用缺失的经济学分析
 
摘要: 信用是由人们的社会交往和商品交换而逐渐建立起来的重要行为准则。信用关系既反映不同商品生产者之间的经济利益关系，同时也体现了人们共同社会生活中应该普遍遵守的伦理和行为准则。在市场经济条件下，信用具有特别重要的意义和作用。在我们己经搭起了社会主义市场经济的基本框架，市场经济体系即将建成的时候，经济生活中的信用状况没有随着市场化改革的不断深入而逐步改善，反而日趋全面恶化，严重影响了我国经济的健康发展。因此，从理论上对我国信用问题进行分析是经济学研究不能回避的重大课题。本文借助新制度经济学建立的范畴及其理论框架体系通过对信用制度进行分析揭示我国社会信用缺失的制度原因。最后根据以上的分析，提出经济学为我国信用缺失开出的“政策良方”——制度的改革，具体包括明晰产权、建立信用档案实现信息共享、完善法律制度环境建设和规范政府在信用活动中的行为。

Abstract: The reputation is important behavior standard that be exchanged but built up gradually by the peoples social association and merchandises.The reputation relation since reflect the economic benefits relation between different merchandise manufacturer, also body now common social activities of people in should the ethics and the behavior standard of the widespread observance.Under the condition of market economy, the reputation has the special and important meaning and functions.At the time of we F through taking the basic frame of have the socialism market economy, the market economy system will soon set up become, economy life in of reputation condition did not turn reform continuously along with the market thorough but improve gradually, on the contrary and gradually overall worsen, seriously affected the our country the health of the economy development.Therefore, carry on to the our country reputation problem the analysis from the theories is important topic that the economics research cant get around.This text asks for help category and its theories  frame systems of an economics establishment to pass carries on the analysis to announce to public the our country to the reputation system social reputation imperfection of system reason.Finally according to above analysis, put forward the economics as" the policy good method" that the our country reputation imperfection opens- the reform of the system, include in a specific way clear in meaning produce the power, the establishment reputation file to carry out the behavior that the information share, the perfect law  system environment construction and the norm governments are in the reputation activity.
