构建循环经济理念的生态工业园区途径研究

摘  要：生态工业园区是依据循环经济理论和生态学原理而规划、设计和建设的1种新型工业组织形态，它通过成员之间的产品、副产品和废弃物的交换，能量和水的梯级利用，基础设施的共建共享，实现园区在经济、社会形态和环境效益的协调发展。本文以循环经济为指导，以实现物质与能量最优化为目的，探讨生态工业园的构建途径及其应遵循的原则；以及针对我国目前的研究现状提出存在的问题与对策。生态工业园作为解决经济发展与环境保护的1种有效途径，代表着全球进步的大趋势，其深入发展和广泛应用将是必然的趋势。

The Research about constructing The Eco-industrial park which is based on circular economy

Abstract: Eco-industrial park is a new type of industrial organization pattern, which is planned, designed and constructed on the basis of theories of recycling economy as well as principles of ecology. It implements a harmonious development in economy, social ecology and environmental efficiency by exchanging products, by-products and wastes and exercising the terraced energy and water conservation system .It shares the responsibility of building up and enjoying the benefits of infrastructure among the members within the park. This paper take circular economy as the instruction for realizing the material and the energy optimization .Through observing in the stratification plane it studies the principles about constructing  Eco-industrial park which is based on the circular economy and it should follow, as well as asks the existing questions and the countermeasures in view of our country’s present research situation.The Eco-industrial park is an effective way which took the solution economy development and the environmental protection one, representing the major tendency which the whole world progresses. Its thorough development and widespread application will be an inevitable tendency.
