长株潭经济1体化过程中的产业结构优化研究

摘要：众所周知，影响1国或地区经济发展的主要因素之1，是该国或地区的产业结构调整与优化。而产业结构的调整与优化，对1个发展中国家或经济发展相对落后的地区来讲，则主要取决于该国或地区的主导产业的选择与扶植。因此，对主导产业选择进行研究，不仅有深远的理论意义，而且对于像长株潭地区这样在我国经济中处于中下等发展水平的地区，具有有重要的现实意义[1]。
目前，关于如何调整优化产业结构的研究日益增多，从产业结构优化方面看，调整与优化的方法和途径很多，但从主导产业选择、扶植方面的研究较少，长株潭地区正处于产业结构调整的关键时期，需要寻找1条产业结构调整与优化的途径来加快其经济发展。本以产业结构理论为基础，结合长株潭自身经济发展水平和条件，分析研究了长株潭地区产业结构现状及存在问题，认为长株潭产业结构升级缓慢，农业在产业结构中的比重过大，内部结构不合理；第2产业结构升级缓慢，产业素质偏低；第3产业发展规模小、水平低。文章以产业结构优化理论的产业结构合理化理论和产业结构高度化理论对长株潭区域发展过程中的3次产业比例协调，劳动力结构，市场需求结构，资源利用结构进行了分析，并依照分析结构对长株潭的主导产业进行了选择。同时也对各产业发展提出措施建议，为长株潭区域经济1体化的产业结构优化，区域经济增长，早日成为中西部经济发展的增长核心而献计献策。

Abstract: It is well known that the adjustment and optimization of the industrial structure is one of the main elements that influence one nation or one region’s economic development. It is mainly determined by the choice and fostering of the leading industry not only has the profoundly theoretical importance but also has its practical meanings, especially for the area of the medium-sized development level in our country like Hunan province, which will realize the economic fast development.
At present, the research about how to adjust and optimize the industrial structure increases day by day. Looking from the optimization aspect of the industrial structure, there are many methods and ways of adjustment and optimization, but little look from the choice and fostering of the leading industry. Hunan is in the crucial period for industrial structure adjustment. It needs to find an avenue of adjustment and optimization to accelerate the economic development. The article highly melts the theory by the industrial structure optimization theory industrial structure rationalization theory and the industrial structure to be coordinated to in the deep pool region developing process three industrial proportion, the labor force structure, the market demand structure, the resources has carried on the analysis using the structure and deferred to the analysis structure to carry on the choice to the long deep pool leading industry. Simultaneously also to various industrial development proposed the measure suggested, will optimize for the deep pool region economic integration industrial structure, the region economy grows, soon will become the mid-west economy development the growth nucleus to suggest plans.
