摘 要：货币政策与财政政策是国家进行总需求管理的两大基本经济政策，货币供给量与利率以及财政政策工具中的税收、政府转移支付等因素都能对经济变量产生重要的影响，从而直接影响1国经济发展的速度和质量。通过研究这些变量来研究货币政策和财政政策，最终的目的都是为了更好的促进经济增长。本文运用著名的IS-LM模型，对货币政策和财政政策进行研究，分析利率、税收、货币供给量等因素是如何影响产出，货币政策与财政政策何时更有效，怎样搭配才能让政策显示最佳的状态，并在此基础上讨论如何让货币政策和财政政策更好的促进经济发展。

Analyzing the Monetary Policy Effective and Fiscal Policy at the View of Yield Growth
 
Abstract:The monetary policy and the fiscal policy are two big economic policies which the country can control aggregate demand .monetary supply,interest rate and government payment can play an important role in the economic so that can directly affect economy development’s speed and quality .Through studying economy variability ,We can analyse monetary policy and fiscal policy to promote economy growth.In order to study the monetary policy and the fiscal policy ,this article use the famous IS-LM model to analyse  interest rate ,tax and money supply how to affect yield ,and in this foundation discuss how to let the monetary policy and fiscal policy better promote economics .
