我国中小企业知识产权质押贷款的融资发展分析
 
摘要：随着技术创新的不断进步，中小企业已成为中国经济发展的闪光点，它们在整个国民经济中的地位非常重要,它们的迅速崛起,日益成为我国经济发展的重要推动力,但与其对国民经济做出的巨大贡献不相适应的是,它们获得的银行贷款在整个银行贷款中占的比不到30%,融资已制约其进1步发展,融资问题始终是困扰中小企业发展的重大问题。将知识产权质押贷款引入我国融资领域，有利于解决中小企业融资困境。本文在结合我国中小企业融资现状的基础上，对国内知识产权质押市场发展深入剖析，分析了知识产权质押融资在相关制度建设、相应金融机构辅助设备，银行配置及企业自身产权建设与保护等方面存在的缺陷，根据分析结果笔者提出相应的对策及建议，旨在加快知识质押融资市场发展，使这新融资能得到更广泛的应用。

The Intelligent Property Right Pawn Loan of the Margin of Medium and Small-sized Enterprises in China Development Analysis
 
Abstract:Along with the progress of the technological innovation, medium and small-sized enterprises are being the flashlight in Chinese economy. Being on important part in national economy, the quickly rising of then become important motivation to the developing of Chinese economy., but it doesn’t adapt to the great contribution of national economy, the bank loan which they get from bank are far from the ratio of 30% in the whole bank loan. Margin problem is always the question, which hinder the developing of the medium and small-sized enterprises. Putting the intelligent property right pawn loan into the area of margin in china will be beneficial to solve the medium and small-sized enterprises’ margin problem. This paper will combine whit the margin situation of medium and small-sized enterprises in our country, analyze the developing of the intelligent property right pawn in macroeconomics and microcosmic and pose its developing stage, pointing out that the related system construction related, financing institution’s assistance equipments, the bank install and the intelligent property right pawn of enterprises are all having flaw. According to the analytic result, author raise the related advices, aiming at speeding up the intelligent property right pawn and getting widely used in new margin.     （科教作文网http://zw.NSEaC.com编辑发布）
