开展我国巨灾保险的可行性研究

摘  要　我国巨灾风险发生频繁,损失逐年加重,而现有的保障体系对灾区的经济补偿和人民生活的恢复只能是低层次和小范围的。因此，通过借鉴国外巨灾保险机制和运作模式,结合我国国情，建立我国的巨灾保险机制已经迫在眉睫。本文首先对我国近几年的巨灾损失做了比较详细的统计，进1步分析了开展巨灾保险的重要性；然后，统计分析了近几年我国在巨灾保险的现状，结合国外巨灾保险的模式，对我国开展巨灾保险进行了可行性分析，并提出了在我国进1步完善巨灾保险的1些具体思路，建立了1个比较完善的经营模式。

Research on Feasiblity of Run Model about Catastrophe Risk Insurance in China

Abstract：In recent years there are more and more catastrophe risks and the losses caused by these catastrophes are more and more critical in our country. But the economic compensation for the victims of the calamity was not enough. So it is becoming very important to set up the catastrophe insurance mechanism according to our practical conditions by using the experience of other countries for inference. In this proper we firstly statistic the catastrophe losses in recent several years in our country and  then furtherly analyzed the importance to do catastrophe insurance; Secondly we statistic the conditions of catastrophe insurance of our country，Finally we give some ideas of consummating the catastrophe insurance and set up a model of insurance。
