我国农业保险发展困境及其对策研究

摘  要:随着地震、山洪等自然灾害发生的越来越频繁，社会对农业保险的需求越来越大，然而我国现有的农业保险公司却寥寥无几。本文通过对我国农业保险经营模式的分析，提出了在制度、机构等方面组建国家政策性农业保险公司、制定农业保险法及其相关的配套管理条例、实行巨灾风险证券化、建立和完善巨灾风险基金和再保险体系等建议，力求为我国农业保险困境提出若干解决方法。

 On research of Chinas agricultural insurance development difficulties and Countermeasures
 
Abstract：Along with natural disaster ,the earthquake and mountain torrent happed frequently, agricultural insurance demand has been increased quickly in our society ,  however , the agricultureinsurance company of our country is rather small. According to the analysis about agricultural insurance management pattern, we put ahead some suggests,for example, set up national agriculture insurance company, formulate agriculture insurance law and relative act,change great disaster risk negotiable securities, at the same time, establish the great disaster venture capital and make it better, in order to give a number of solutions for Chinas agriculture insurance.
