天津市私营企业融资问题研究

摘 要：天津市私营企业是天津经济发展的重要组成部分，然而融资问题阻碍了其快速发展。本文针对天津市私营企业融资问题做出相关研究。首先是对天津私营企业融资现状进行了融资规模、融资结构、融资成本、融资能力的分析，得出融资规模大、融资结构乱、融资成本高、融资能力弱的现状；其次从得出的现状总结出了天津市私营企业融资的主要问题：融资抵押担保难、信用环境不完善、企业制度不合理、私营企业融资风险大、银行支持不足。最后，在保证私营企业生产经营活动正常的前提下，提出了解决天津市私营企业融资问题的解决对策。

Study on the Financial Problem of Tianjin Private Businesses

Abstract: The Tianjin private businesses play an important role at the economic development of Tianjin, while the problem of financing block the development of private enterprise seriously. The paper studies the Tianjin private businesses financing problem. First, it the analyzes present situation of Tianjin private businesses financing through the financing scale, the financing structure, the financing cost and the financing ability, and summarizes present situation of the financing scale in a big way, the financing structure chaotic, the high financing cost, the financing ability weak. Second, the paper summarizes the financing main problem of Tianjin private businesses included: The financing mortgage guarantees, the credit environment imperfect, the businesses system unreasonable, the private businesses financing risk to be big, the bank support insufficiency. Finally, under the normal produces and management premise, author proposed solution measure of the financing question of the Tianjin private businesses.
