中国行业收入差距扩大研究

摘要：本文初步地分析了中国行业收入差距，说明了中国行业收入差距的现状，以及在现状中所呈现的特点，如行业收入差距明显，各地区行业间收入差距大，机关事业单位行业与企业行业工资不平衡，垄断行业与非垄断行业收入差距大等。指出了中国行业收入差距扩大的主要原因：分配战略约束、分配制度扭曲、政策调控缺失、行业垄断、市场机制本身缺陷和机遇不平等。并就以上原因提出了改善中国行业收入差距扩大的若干意见，在调整分配战略,改革收入制度、充分发挥市场机制的调节作用、加大政府调控力度和发展教育，增加再就业机会等方面上着手，以改善中国行业收入差距扩大现状。

Research on Income Gap Expansion between Different People in Different Industrial Department in China
            
Abstract: In this paper, it generally analyses the income gap between different people working in different department, explanations the actuality and the characteristic, For example, income gap expansion between different people in different industrial department in China is obviously, big gap between different industrial department in different regions, the wage is imbalance between institutions and enterprises, big gap between Monopoly and Non-monopolized industries. Points out that the main reasons that includes income distributing strategy constrain, distort of the distribution system, shortage of polity adjustment, monopolizing of industries, choice imbalance and the market shortage, and in our paper, I give some suggestion on how to settle down the expanse income gap of China．For example, adjustment the allocation strategy, increase the intensity of regulation of government, and other channels to change the Status.
