浅析藏族舞蹈中的宗教内涵

摘要： 本文试图以藏族的“卓”、“谐”、“果谐”、“热巴”这4种舞蹈为主，从它们的伴歌（调式、旋律）、歌词（内容和速度）、队列队行变化、舞者体态（模仿、技巧动作）、舞蹈中道具和舞者的服饰等方面来浅析藏传佛教（即喇嘛教）在藏族舞蹈中的宗教内涵。

Abstract  This text attempt with " tall and erect " of Tibetan, " in harmony ", " fruit in harmony", " hot Palestine " these 4 kinds of dances for main fact, From their companions song (the mode , melody ), lyrics (the content and speed ), the team is queued the conduct change, dancers figure ( imitating , skill movements),  The props come to simply analyse the religious intension of Tibetan Buddhist in the Tibetan dance with such respects as the dancers dress ,etc. in the dance.

绪  论

在我们56个民族的大家庭中，藏族是1个极具宗教意识和地域特色的民族。歌舞对藏民族来讲，犹如阳光和空气1样的重要，能歌善舞是藏民族的天性，他们使“世界屋脊”的雪域圣地变成为举世公认地“歌舞的海洋”。舞蹈和宗教活动又密切相关，有如明溪与潜流交汇含溶，且渐次形成独立的风格与个性。藏族舞蹈中的宗教内涵是不容忽视的。
