摘 要
农村的音乐教育之所以发展相对落后,除了教育观念、教育管理、教育投入等方面的原因以外,教育科研也跟不上教育发展的需要。农村的音乐教育往往是步城市学校音乐教育的后尘,照搬城市学校音乐教育的模式,结果由于自己本身条件的限制而收效甚微。这就给我们提出了1个迫切的课题,要求我们针对自己的条件和特点。因地制宜,对音乐教育的观念、管理、内容、方法、手段等方面展开科学研究,探索出新的历史条件下适应农村音乐教育发展的科学的教育思想和体系,让我们的农村音乐教育走自己的特色化发展之路。

ABSTRACT
Rural development has lagged behind that music education, in addition to educational concepts, educational management, education input reasons, education is not the development of education research needs. Music education in rural schools are often urban music-education footsteps and imitate urban school music education model, the results because of their own conditions and the results are minimal. This gives us a pressing issue, we address our own conditions and characteristics. According to the concepts of music education, management, content, methods, means of a scientific research and explored the new historical conditions of rural music education to the development of scientific thinking and education system, let us take our own rural music education characteristics development route。
