3 展望
本文综述了近年来医学图像配准发展中的典型技术。由于在进行医学图像配准时,研究对象具有多样性和复杂性的特征,以上方法都有一定的局限性,今后的发展趋势是在应用中针对不同的研究对象选择合适的配准方法, 并应用不同的方法进行综合互补。
目前许多医学图像配准技术针对刚体的配准已相当成熟,非刚体的图像配准技术已经逐步发展并提出了一些可行的解决方法,但同刚性图像相比还不成熟。如何建立合理的变形模型,适应各种复杂的组织变形,如何提高非刚体配准的计算速度、配准精度以及对非刚体的配准评估都需要进一步的研究。
另外,在手术过程中对人体器官实现进行实时配准已成为医学图像配准的主要应用之一。这就要求医学图像配准要具备实时性和准确性以及有效的全自动的配准策略向快速和准确的方面发展,使用最优化策略改进图像配准以及对非刚性图像配准的研究是今后医学图像配准的发展方向。
