失火的伊甸园—《简.爱》与《庭院深深》的对读

摘  要：19世纪的英国作家夏洛蒂•勃朗特与台湾现代流行作家琼瑶虽时隔百年，但他们之间却有着《庭院深深》与《简•爱》这两本小说，这两本书无论在情节、人物安排还是结构上都有着惊人的相似。甚至连女主角的出走和复归也如出1辙。但作者在相似的表象背后也有着各自不同的安排。由此在其各自的作品中赋予主人公不同的性格、理念及其生活方式，这种差别充分体现了那种浸润在骨子里的中、西方文化和宗教所带来的认识上的不同。
