摘 要
新课标理念倡导创新精神和实践能力的培养,但在追求培养创新精神和实践能力的新课改热潮中,出现了轻视语文双基的现象。本文认为出现这1现象的根本原因在于人们没有正确理解“语文双基教学”与“创新教育”的实质涵义,因而没有意识到2者间的辨证关系。为此,本文运用唯物主义辩证法,以新课标为根据,联系中学语文教学实际,阐述了如下观点:创新教育的基本理念是培养创新精神和实践能力,语文双基教学是培养创新精神和实践能力的必要手段,培养创新精神和实践能力是语文双基教学的根本目标,2者相辅相成,语文双基教学在创新教育中起了必不可少的作用,我们在语文新课标中必须重视双基教学。

ABSTRACT
The concept of new-goal class initiative innovation spirit and practice ability raise, but in the reforming upsurge of pursuing innovation spirit and the practice ability, appeared the phenomenon of despising Chinese double-base. This article argues that its basic reason lies in the people’s not correct understanding of the nature of "double-base Chinese teaching" and "innovative education" real meaning, thus they has not realized their dialectical relations. Therefore, this article, using the materialism diagnostic method, taking the new goal as the basis, integrating language teaching reality in middle school elaborated the following viewpoint: the basic idea of innovative educational is to foster student’s innovative spirit and practical ability,The double-base Chinese-teaching is the essential method to train innovation spirit and the practice ability, and in turn innovative spirit and practical ability is the basic goal of double-base Chinese-teaching, the two complements each other, the double-base Chinese-teaching played the essential role in the innovation education, so in new-goal Chinese classes we must pay more attention to it.
