试论新形势下秘书人员的能力

秘书工作在我国具有悠久的历史，但科学地、系统地探索秘书工作的规律，还是近几10年才开始起步的。随着我国社会主义现代化建设事业的不断发展，各行各业都对秘书工作提出了新的更高的要求，特别是2001年我国成功地加入了世界贸易组织，使得秘书工作人员更是面临着巨大的机遇和挑战。新世纪新形势赋予了秘书人员新的历史使命和要求，秘书人员具备良好的能力结构不仅是秘书工作成败的关键因素，也是提高秘书工作效率的重要基础。因此针对秘书工作的发展趋势，分析秘书人员的能力结构，对于提高秘书人员的工作能力和工作水平，造就高素质的秘书队伍具有10分重要的意义。

ABSTRACT

The secretary works in our country has the glorious history, but scientifically, systematically explores the rule which the secretary works, or the nearly several dozens years only then to start. Along with our country socialism modernization enterprise unceasing development, all kinds of trades and occupations all worked to the secretary proposed the new higher request in the secretary.especially, our country successfully has joined the World Trade Organization in2001, caused the secretary staff to face the huge opportunity and the challenge.The new century and the new situation has entrusted with the secretary personnel with new historical mission and the request, the secretary personnel has the good ability structure not only ,the success or failure key aspect of the secretary works .but also the important foundation enhances the secretary working efficiency .Therefore aims at the development tendency which the secretary works, analyzes ability structure of the secretary personnels, regarding sharpens ability of  the secretary personnels working and the work level, accomplishes the high quality of the secretary troop to have the extremely vital significance.
