摘要：自人民银行支付系统上线以来，我国支付结算效率得到很大提升，有力推动了经济的发展。但与此同时，国家对支付结算收费的规范相对滞后，各家商业银行支付结算收费处于无序竞争状态，金融机构结算服务收费混乱、收费水平高的问题一定程度上制约了支付结算的发展，阻碍了资金的有效配置，影响了我国支付结算整体水平的提高。本文通过分析当前银行结算收费管理中存在的问题及其影响，对如何建设科学合理的服务收费定价管理体系进行了初步探讨。

Abstract:Has paid the system political line since the People餾 Bank,our country pays the settlement efficiency to obtain the very big promotion,impelled the economical development powerfully.But at the same time,the country to pays the settlement charge the standard relative lag,various commercial bank paid the settlement charge to be at the disorderly competition condition chaotic,the financial organ settlement service charge,in charge level high question certain degree has restricted the development which the payment settled accounts,has hindered the fund effective disposition,affected our country to pay the settlement overall level the enhancement.This article question and influence which exists through the analysis current bank settlement charge management in,how to constructed the science reasonable service charge fixed price management system to carry on the preliminary discussion.
