摘  要

本文首先根据汽车租赁先期市场分析，了解汽车租赁业务管理系统是1个针对于现代的经济潮流而产生的信息管理系统，此系统的设计目的是让繁杂的租赁活动变简单，变效率化。对于创立汽车租赁公司特别是资金不充分的企业尤为适合，由于该系统带来的方便与效率化，必然为公司减少财务支出，减少人员工资成本。
其次，该系统界面简洁，操作简单，易于掌握。本系统是以VB6.0为主要开发工具。利用ACCESS的数据库功能，有利于统计汽车公司，车辆，保险公司，客户以及会员的信息。本系统主要有系统管理，基础数据管理，客户会员管理，日常业务管理4个功能模块，能够满足租赁公司对公司内部的汽车分别买的保险或者汽车新增类型的增减删改，对销售商的管理，对保险公司的管理察看，和最重要的租赁业务和归还业务的功能。为了迎合营销需求，另设了会员管理制度，以便吸引新顾客，留住老顾客。等等上述的优点均有利于公司的顺利成长，快速增长。

Second,Its easy for us to operating this system. This system take Visual basic6.0 as the main development kit and match with ACCESS which is easy for us total something we want. This system mainly has the staff basic imformation management, customer management, routine affairs management and system user management. This system can help you manage the type of cars in company and insurance of the companys  car including insert ,delete and modify。It also can manage the agent of company and the management to insurance company。The most important function is car-renting and car returning。For the marketing aim of the company, the system adds customers rules also。The rules can attract the new-coming customer and make the regular customer come again. The last function of this system is user authority management。It can keep your company in safe! All above of the system is good for you to manage your company and quicking the developing-steps of the company.
