【摘要】随着生产的不断扩大，规模的不断发展，一个企业内含的风险因素也将越来越复杂，本文选取经营风险这一角度来分析企业的风险成因，并且以光明乳业为例进行剖析。
在分析和探讨了企业经营风险的形成原因条件下，阐述了经营预警的基本思想及构想，提出了经营预警指标体系，指出应当重视和加强对经营风险的非财务因素及财务因素分析的结合与应用。
本文的研究结论对于分析和猜测企业的经营风险，有着鉴戒和参考价值。固然是以个体为例，但是对其他类型的企业也将有启示性的作用。 关键词： 经营风险 预警 指标体系 行业风险 Abstract
With the development of the production and size, a company’s risky element becomes more and more complicated. This *** chooses managing risk to analyze the reason of a company’s risk, and I’ll choose GuangMing to be an example.
This *** analyzes and probes into enterprise operation risks, expounds the basic idea of operation risk forecast and warning, proposes its indicator system and finally points out the necessity of stressing on and strengthening the management of operation risk as well as on the research and application of forecast and warning.
