摘要：民营企业社会本钱的形成，主要原因是民营企业对外部环境应承担的社会责任和不履行社会责任给企业造成的机会损失，从而指出对于民营企业社会本钱的控制，并不是一味地夸大节约，降低社会本钱，而是规范民营企业履行社会职责的行为，规范社会本钱的支出责任，使民营企业处在一个健康有序的市场经济环境中公平竞争。

Abstract:The private enterprise society cost formation,the primary cause is the private enterprise the social responsibility which should undertake to the external environment and does not fulfill the social responsibility the opportunity loss which creates to the enterprise,thus pointed out regarding the private enterprise society cost control,is not emphasizes constantly saves,reduces the social cost,but is the standard private enterprise fulfills the social responsibility the behavior,the standard social cost disbursement responsibility,causes the private enterprise to occupy in a healthy order market economy environment the fair competition.
