血管内栓塞术是在不影响胰腺供血的情况下将导管插至出血动脉远端或近端充分栓塞旷置靶血管并反复通过造影来确定靶血管及其侧支动脉的闭塞情况，栓塞剂主要为钢丝圈和明胶海绵碎粒。对于胰腺术后形成的假性动脉瘤破裂引起的大出血，还可在相应动脉内局部灌注垂体后叶素加强止血效果[13]。
4 展望
介入作为一种较新的微创性技术正被越来越多的医生所接受，其优点在于靶向治疗，创伤小、简便、安全、有效、并发症少，且明显缩短住院时间，尤其是在胰腺疾病的治疗上具有内科用药和外科手术所不具备的优势。但是介入操作相对较复杂，在胰腺疾病治疗的某些领域尚存在一定的未知因素和不良效果，因此仍需进一步的试验研究和临床评价。
