Abstract
In recent years, in Chinas modern long-distance education reform and development has got notable achievements; comparative analysis of the experience gained with the existing problems asks rational thinking. Currently, long-distance on the modern education has been the convergence value positioning cognitive development strategy made clear , Preliminary shaping policy framework, the reform and development drive stage results; However, the problem still exists, is much room for reform and development; Based on the foregoing analysis on the basis of study for the next period of modern long-distance education reform and professional development of a macroeconomic policy.
In contemporary times, the rapid development of information technology in the field of education is a widely used method for continuous and in-depth; Education trend of information technology is increasingly clear, were driving distance education from the traditional to the modern distance education distance education by leaps and bounds. The majority of the worlds countries and regions have will be based on computers, communications networks, databases and multimedia technology of modern distance education in educational development strategy, Modern Distance Education proposed development goals, and have made significant progress, and effectively promoting educational concepts, structure, model changes for the education scale, rate and quality upgrading. 摘 要
综观近年来中国现代远程教育的改革与发展,成就引人注目;比较分析取得的经验与现存问题,需做理性思考。当前,关于现代远程教育的价值定位已有趋同认知,发展战略基本明确,政策框架初步成型,改革发展取得阶段成果;但是问题仍然存在,改革发展空间很大;本文在前述分析的基础上,研究提出了今后1个时期内现代远程教育改革与发展的宏观对策。 (科教论文网 lw.NsEac.com编辑整理)
当今时代,信息技术迅猛发展,在教育领域的应用日趋广泛并不断深入;教育的信息化趋势日益明显,正在推动着远程教育实现由传统远程教育向现代远程教育的跨越。世界大多数国家和地区已经将基于计算机、通讯网络、数据库和多媒体等技术的现代远程教育纳入教育发展战略,提出现代远程教育的发展目标,并取得长足进展,有效促进了教育观念、结构、模式的变革,促进了教育规模、速率和质量提升。本文拟在中国教育信息化的大背景下,分析现代远程教育发展的现状,研究提出宏观对策,以与同行交流。
