Limitations and Its Improvements of Traditional Teaching Culture
Abstract
Confucianism is the mainstream of Chinese culture and it has exerted great influence on traditional culture of teaching. Based on the situation that knowledge-oriented mode which stems from traditional culture values the accumulation of knowledge while neglects the empowerment of learners, this thesis talks over the limitations of knowledge-oriented mode and presents an empowerment-oriented mode and especially illustrates an interaction-based dialogic pedagogy. Also, it talks about the positive outcomes of empowerment- oriented mode. In the process of college teaching, teachers should not mainly pay attention to the accumulation of knowledge of learners. They should pay more attention to cultivate learners’ critical thinking ability and cultural insight and cultural creativity. It believes that empowerment-oriented mode in cultural teaching can make learners become empowered learners and approach “learning” in a more mature and rational way in future.

摘 要
儒家思想是中国文化的主流思想,并对传统教学文化影响深远。针对传统文化影响下形成的知识导向教学模式重视知识积累而忽视学习者的能力的现状,本文主要分析知识导向教学模式的局限性并提出能力导向教学模式,特别阐述了互动对话教学。同时,本文阐述了能力导向教学模式及互动对话教学的优点及其对传统学习文化的积极影响。在大学教学过程中,教师不应当只重视学习者知识的积累,他们应当更多地注重培养学习者的批判性思维能力和文化洞察力和创造力。相信在文化教学中,能力导向教学模式能使学习者成为有能力的人并在今后以1种更加成熟理性的方式进行学习。 您可以访问中国科教评价网(www.NsEac.com)查看更多相关的文章。
